ORI provided specialized survey and analytical expertise to a premier human capital performance management company that was tasked with evaluating their client’s globally deployed workforce. Several thousand target employees worked at energy production sites around the world in conditions so diverse as to make coordinated data collection quite challenging. ORI developed a highly customized online survey that accounted for the wide variety among the operational teams and deployed it with processes to achieve nearly universal employee participation. The resulting survey data helped create a holistic view of the evolving employee culture.
