Today’s government is faced with the challenge of delivering high-quality, timely services to citizens, service members, and others who depend on their vital needs being met each and every day. Customers have come to expect the same quality of service from their government that they receive from the commercial industry. To meet the challenge, this requires new and innovative solutions as well as an understanding of each customer’s experience with the government solution provider. ORI improves the customer experience by providing data analysis and data mining solutions that truly get to the ‘voice of the customer’—and then we use that data to drive strategic decisions that not only improve the customer experience but also provide the mechanism to continually assess and ensure that those critical needs-based services that many have come to depend on from their government are delivered.”
Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
