Marketing & Communications Manager
Melinda leads ORI’s day-to-day marketing activities and long-term marketing strategy and is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans and supporting internal communications. She is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 15 years of writing and editing experience in online media, print publication, thought leadership creation and promotion, corporate communications, public relations, social media, and news production.

Melinda excels in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and enjoys collaborating with leadership and experts across functional areas and departments to support marketing campaigns, develop client deliverables, and guide internal and external communications. By blending meticulous attention to detail with an ability to grasp and interpret complex business and technology concepts, she ensures clarity, accuracy, and consistency across various materials and platforms. She manages projects from concept to completion—producing content ranging from articles, press releases, case studies, and blogs to white papers, advertisements, customized sales brochures, and newsletters. Melinda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, with a minor in Film Studies, from The Ohio State University.
