ORI Earns “50 Fastest” Ranking for Second Year in a Row

Research and Data Analytics Firm’s Strong Growth, Powered by Innovative Use of Technology to Strengthen Customer Relationships, Recognized Again by Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO)

Herndon, Va. – May 11, 2017 – ORI, a research and data analytics firm focused on strengthening customer experience, announces its return to the annual ranking of the 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies by the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO). ORI is ranked 40th on the 10th annual 50 Fastest list.

According to CEO Kathy Benson, ORI maintained its WPO-award-winning growth trajectory thanks to a stronger focus on technology, including increasing key positions on ORI’s leadership team and appointing a new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) during the past year. Benson and President Susan Lynd co-founded the Herndon, Va.-based firm almost three decades ago.

Benson explained how technology is fueling ORI’s continued growth. “We are expanding our data analytics abilities with the use of new and evolving technology, including SMS-based data collection and innovative approaches to preparing analytics-ready data. Our team is finding new and faster ways to transform data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive meaningful outcomes and sustainable results,” she said. “That’s the key to taking customer engagement to the next level.”
