Vice President, Consulting & Customer Experience
Lesley is the Vice President of Consulting & Customer Experience with ORI, working with clients to gather the intelligence required to inform key decisions, extract the highest-return insights from that data, and translate that information into action and results. Previously the Managing Director & Co-founder of the Pensare Group, she brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive working internationally to her present position. Drawing upon her wide-ranging experience and current research into what drives a positive “customer experience,” Lesley’s absolute passion is helping teams strengthen their relationships with customers and drive revenue as a result.

Lesley has been an “executive on loan” to the World Bank, senior policy advisor to the Prime Minister’s office in Canada, and Vice President of Operations of Galt Associates (a drug safety software development firm). An economist by training (with an M.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia), she loves numbers and trend analysis—provided that research translates into actionable insights and results for our clients. Lesley has served as Chairman of the Board for Success in the City, a networking organization for senior women leaders and executives, as well as the Strategic Alliances Co-Chair for the National Association of Women Business Owners – DC Chapter Board of Directors. Lesley is very active with the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), where she serves as co-chair of the Greater DC networking group.
